You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, login, and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. Order summary will also be stored in your account.

Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering:  you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

Credit / Debit Card:

At checkout select Credit Card as a payment option, you will be redirected to our online payment gateway (Stripe) website for transaction.

Cash on Delivery:

Payment is to be made at the time of delivery.

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. Standard delivery charges are PKR 150/- countrywide. If the products on your order are due to special requirements (for example dry ice) extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit.

It is recommended to follow the directions as stated on the product label. If you would like to take more than what is recommended, we suggest you consult with your doctor or other healthcare professional.

Due to differences in a person’s metabolism, general health, and lifestyle, it is difficult to determine how long it will take for an individual to reap the full benefits of a dietary supplement. It is recommended that you continue to follow the directions as indicated on the label or consult with your physician or other healthcare practitioner or pharmacist.

Our Quality Assurance department assures product integrity, purity, and accuracy of contents up to its expiration date. We can no longer guarantee potency and quality after the expiration date has passed.

2-piece capsules: You may empty our 2-piece capsules and mix the contents in your food and/or beverage.

Softgels: You may empty our softgels and mix the contents in your food and/or beverage.

Tablets: Our tablets can be cut or crushed with a tablet cutter or crushed and then mixed into your food and/or beverage.
EXCEPTION: Time Released/ Enteric Coated: These products have been formulated specifically in a tablet or capsule form and must be administered orally in their whole form.

Dietary supplements in which the serving size indicates more than one can be taken all at once or broken up throughout the day. This is based on personal preference.
